We collect only what is necessary: your email address (for account creation), usage data (analyses run, plan tier), and the message content you submit for analysis. We do not sell your data.
2. How we use it
Your message content is sent to our AI model solely to generate your analysis and is not stored after processing. Usage data is used to enforce plan limits and improve the service.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your plan. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the app is used. You can opt out of analytics cookies via the cookie banner.
4. Third parties
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and an AI model provider for analysis. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@dotext.app. We will process requests within 30 days.
