Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with DoText. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility
Refund requests made within 48 hours of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not used more than 5 analyses from the plan. After 48 hours, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Weekly plans
Due to the short duration of weekly plans, refunds are available within 12 hours of purchase if fewer than 5 analyses have been run.
How to request
Email support@dotext.app with your account email and the reason for the refund. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5--10 business days depending on your bank.
